Simply download the apps from the AgilePoint App Store, and configure the apps as-is, or like any other AgilePoint application, extend with one of our more than 700+ process activities.

If you are new to AgilePoint, please sign up for an AgilePoint community edition or trial edition, using following link. Existing clients can ignore this step.
Once you have your AgilePoint subscription ready, the first step in this process is to follow the complete instructions for downloading the COVID-19 Portal home page which will make the COVID-19 related resources easily accessible to your end users. For this we are leveraging Page Builder module using which you can customize the home page of your portal. We recommend to temporarily replace your portal home page with COVID-19 home page so that users can access these resources easily and later once this situation has been contained, you can revert it back to your existing home page. COVID-19 Home Page can be found here. You would also need to create few environment/shared variables which are used in these apps. Please download the file from here and import it to your environment as shown in the video. Video instructions for configuring the portal i.e. adding home page, importing environment/shared variables and configuring groups used in the apps can be found here.
Once you have configured your AgilePoint NX Portal following the video instructions linked above, the steps below walk through the process to deploy the COVID-19 apps to your tenant from AgilePoint App Store.
Simply navigate to AgilePoint’s App Store, and add the desired apps to your tenant with a single click. There are overall 10 COVID-19 apps and we recommend adding all 10 of them for maximum benefits. Here is the process of adding apps to your tenant :
- Navigate to the AgilePoint Store from the portal, or visit this link
- Click the category ‘COVID-19’ from the menu on the left side
- Watch the video for app referenced in the store listing for an overview, and step-by-step instructions how to deploy, configure and use the app.
- Add each app, to your AgilePoint environment.
- Market these apps internally (using our Announcements feature, of course!)
- Begin effectively managing your Organization’s response to COVID-19, providing clarity in the face of chaos
